You are warmly welcome to Shine Ministries where the light of Christ shines into every soul. Christ commands us in Matt 5:16, to let our light shine and we aim to do just that in your life today.
We shine the light by preaching the true word of God (Jesus Christ) and demonstrating the power of his resurrection. We don’t just preach God’s word but we also live it. In Matt 11:28, Christ invites all who are weary and heavy laden to come to him for rest. We have taken it upon ourselves to lead as many weary souls to Him as is possible to obtain rest. Moreover, because we represent Him (Christ) on earth, the responsibility is also left with us, to provide such rest to all who need it, not by our own power but by his grace.
Burdens come in different sizes, shapes and ways. There are Spiritual, Emotional and Mental burdens and there are also Physical, Economic and Social burdens. Some of these burdens are sometimes so heavy that they make life just unbearable for their carriers. The good news however is what we at Shine Ministries stand for; to help offload such burdens. Like Christ said in Luke 4:18, the Spirit of the LORD is upon us because he has anointed us to preach the gospel to the poor, he has sent us to heal the broken heart, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind and to set at liberty, them that are bruised.
