And it has just Started?

 But He just finished washing their feet? Immediately, Judas went out. With the eleven he went to the garden too pray. And here comes the traitor He came to betray the son of God with a kiss and scattered the disciples went.

Was he not with them for these three years? Was he not the one teaching them and performing all manner of miracles among them? How come they could so easily desert him? You might tell me. ‘” It was meant to happen.”  He came and in the volume of the book it was written of him, to suffer all these things doing the will of God

What I think about is whether it is possible for me too to treat him that way? Could it be that I will also betray him? That when he needs me most I will desert him? I fear and how I will cry. To have lived closely with eleven men; to have poured your life into them only to have them desert you when you needed them most.. Isn’t it shocking?

Thank God he knows all men and never expected anything much out of them without his help. Thank God He knew his mission so well he did not need the aid of men

Luke put it this way: “For the son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” Luke 19:10Thank God 

And to have suffered all these only to hear him say “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do” WHAT A MAN!! And unfortunately, at that point the suffering had only started.

Lord , help me to love you more

Help me to live for you more

Help me to stand for you more

And all the more when you need me most

Lord , I need you.
