Shine Ministries now located in the UK and Ghana is the heartbeat of Pastors Derek and Selgelia Aggrey-Solomon which was conceived and named in 1995. It is a multi faceted ministry which provides an all round blessing to humanity. The ministry is currently ran by a seven member executive team made up of four pastors and three laymen with Rev. Dr. Robert Ampiah-Kwofi as our spiritual father. Shine is a member of various Christian Organisations such as the Evangelical Alliance and Churches Together. We are also affiliated with the Ampiah-Kwofi World Outreach and represent it in Europe.
The following are the current ministries that operate under Shine ministries. We aim to be a blessing to you through any of these ministries. You are however also welcome to join in sharing your gifts, talents and other resources to shine the light into other lives.

Operation Rescue (Evangelistic Crusades, School Programmes & Street Evangelism) – Shining the redeeming light of Jesus Christ into the darkest closet of the vilest sinner, making him a rightful partaker of the Glorious Kingdom of God. Substituting the rightful destiny of eternal damnation of the sinner with eternal joy in Heaven through Christ Jesus.
Shine Counseling Ministry – Receive a God-breathed direction and coaching on any situation in your life from Pas. Derek. He is endowed with God’s abundant wisdom and has an amazing gift of the application of scripture to real life situations. Above all, he holds Post Graduate training in Biblical Counseling.
Shine Outreach Ministry (Community Outreach) The Shine Outreach Ministry reaches out to the underprivileged, drug addicts, school drop outs, the elderly and other needy people with the light of Christ, helping to lighten their burdens.
Marital Bliss (Marriage Seminars) – Bringing the Courtship back into marriages (especially Christian marriages) by making Jesus Christ the true Lord of the marriage.
The Courtship that leads to Blissful Marriage (Youth Seminars) – Guiding young and prospective couples into blissful marriages through Godly principles.
ShinePrintingMinistry– Pick up an inspirational, wisdom-packed book or booklet usually adapted from Pastor Derek’s anointed messages.
ShineMusicMinistry– The production and promotion of anointed music and praise and worship.
ShineStudiosMinistry– An anointed ministry dedicated to the promotion of the gospel of Jesus Christ through the electronic media. We do programming, recording, mastering, demos, and jingles. Located in AccraGhana.
Shine Resource Ministry – Fill your home, car and workplace with anointed Godly media (Books, CDs, DVDs etc) and enjoy the presence of the Lord wherever you are. Come to church already filled, charged and prepared to bless another child of God.
Shine Homes MinistryTo provide temporary accommodation for the homeless and also families for the lonely.
